  • Slimmest Smart Phone ever
Full Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S3:
4.65-inch 1024p HD Display
It is such a trend that the display of Smartphones are becoming bigger and bigger. Samsung Galaxy S3 is going to have a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED 3D display with native resolution of 1280×1024 (SXGA). If it is true, then Samsung Galaxy S3 would have the second largest display after 4.7-inch display of HTC Bass, and become the first 1024p HD Smartphone, compared to the first 720p Smartphone LG Optimus LTE.

Quad-core 2.0GHz processor
The greatest feature of Samsung Galaxy S3 is the quad-core 2.0GHz processor, which would be the first in Smartphone. Last time LG Optimus 2X won “Guinness Word Record” to be the first dual-core Smartphone; this time Samsung Galaxy S3 will win the record to be the first quad-core Smartphone. It will also be equipped with 1.5GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. Besides, the memory is expandable with another 32GB using microSD card.

10MP Camera
The camera will be upgraded up to 10MP on Galaxy S3 with LED flash, auto focus and 1080p HD video recording @60fps.

Android 4.0 system
Google announced that the next generation Android system v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be a unified version for all portable devices, that is to say, Smartphones, tablets and other Android devices will use the same Android OS. Android Smartphone is widely criticized for its battery which could usually last for only one day. The Galaxy S3 will be powered by a 2250mAh battery to ensure a longer standby and talktime.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is really going to be a great Smartphone. Since there is still a long time before it eventually hits the market, there are too many variables involved to make any meaningful predictions. Will HTC release its own quad-core Smartphone in advance? Who knows? Besides, the hot-rumored iPhone 5 will still remain as the biggest obstacle for all Android Smartphones.
