[1] Diablo III

Diablo III is action role-playing game and the third installment of the popular franchise of the Diablo series. Diablo III builds on the story twenty years after the events of Diablo II, consisting with the fast-paced action, easy interface, and visceral game play which is mostly expected by Diablo players. The game takes place on Sanctuary known as a world of dark fantasy. Players will return to Sanctuary in Diablo III to confront evil in its many forms once again as well as return to Tristram and certain other locations from the previous games. Players will also meet several new characters as well as a number of characters from the previous games which would explore new areas of Sanctuary. This latest version will benefit from Battle.net upgrades that will provide some exciting new features for players along with Co-operative online play by holding multiple enhancements too.

[2] Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect is one of the biggest game series in the galaxy and has the top-notch blasting. Mass Effect 3 is the future follow-up to Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 developed by BioWare for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. It is anticipated to be the final game in the planned Mass Effect trilogy and set to come out on March 6, 2012. The latest game will have a number of combat improvements over its predecessor. Engineers will be able to organize sentries that can be used to help flank enemies, while Vanguards boast a new power called Nova, a “high-risk, high reward” plan that speedily puts nearby enemies down. Mass Effect 3 will feature a 4 player co-op mode which will occur at key locations throughout the galaxy and fight against the reaper invaders. It also contains with pre-set campaign modes which are Action Mode, Story Mode, and RPG Mode. Some characters will return from the previous games while some will not as they were killed in the previous games. The game also includes mini-games and Hammerhead and Mako missions. Players can use Kinect to speak their choices for selecting dialog options instead of selecting them with a controller.

[3] Grand Theft Auto V

Rockstar Games North has revealed Grand Theft Auto V, the fifth generation of its Grand Theft Auto series, which will be set in a city based on Los Angeles. It seems to be a bold new direction in open-world freedom, mission-based game play, storytelling, and online multiplayer. Grand Theft Auto 5 Trailer has been remade in the same GTA IV world to give player a little comparison between GTA 5 and GTA 4 graphics and their universes. Rockstar North is looking to add social commentary to the mix, as the main character is a retired criminal who has moved to the city to live the quiet life but unable to leave his criminal past behind. But later scenes show the more unpleasant side of the area including homeless people, tequila bars, and a provocatively dressed woman propositioning a motorist.
Player can become involved in some of the criminal schemes which included boiler suit clad thieves raiding a jeweler’s store, and police officers pursuing a tattooed man. Overall, it is good combination of the criminal setting with the open world game play, which may become the most controversial and iconic video game series of all time. It would be set in and around the Hollywood-style Vinewood area.

[4] BioShock: Infinite

BioShock Infinite is the third installment in the BioShock franchise and set in the all-new city of Columbia unlike the rest of the previous installments which usually take place in the underwater metropolis of Rapture. This latest version is first-person shooter currently in progress at Irrational Games, the studio behind the original BioShock. BioShock Infinite offers a totally new storyline and game play experience that lifts players out of the common confines of Rapture and rockets them to Columbia, a giant city in the sky. Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt has been tasked and sent to Columbia on a mission to rescue a young woman, Elizabeth, who has been imprisoned in Columbia since childhood. She is constantly being chased by the Songbird, robotic bird-like creature who has bent on keeping her from escaping. DeWitt means Players must learn to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and strap up the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities. Thus, Booker develops a relationship with Elizabeth and boosts his abilities with her so that the pair may escape from a city.

[5] Halo 4

Halo 4 is the eighth blockbuster installment in the iconic franchise that’s shaped entertainment history and defined a decade of gaming. Halo 4 is intended to be the first of a new “Reclaimer Trilogy Halo series games. Halo 4 will be developed by 343 Industries instead of by Bungie. Master Chief returns as the main protagonist to confront his own destiny and face an ancient evil that threatens the fate of the entire universe. Cortana will also become visible in the game. The story of Halo 4 will be focused more on mystery, exploration and discovery. Halo 4 will utilize much of the “sandbox” which has been featured across all six prior Halo games along with the new characters, weapons, vehicles, and other elements. This Halo 4 is being developed for the Xbox 360 console, though the two following installments in the Reclaimer Trilogy will be developed for next-generation hardware.

Master Chief’s character will also be explored and developed in more depth compared to the prior games, and the relationship between John and Cortana will also be heavily featured and greatly expanded. Fewer recording sessions have been taken place in inhospitable environments like underwater, in fire, and in ice, in course of the use of specially designed microphones and other recording sessions have utilized “home made” explosives. Thus, with new team, a new story and a whole new world, Halo 4 surely maintains that grand sci-fi opera feel what excites the most.
