Here is how to enable the Find my iPhone app if you already have it installed on your device.

1. Make sure that you have enabled iCloud on your device, if not you can do the same from the settings tab.
2. Make sure that the location service for your phone is also activated if not activated you can do the same in the settings tab again.
3. Scroll down on the same screen to Find my iPhone at the bottom of the list and click through to enable it specifically there

There it is your app is ready to be used now, however to run it properly you need to have the latest OSX, iTunes and iCloud services installed on your device.
