Oppo N1 Mini and Oppo R3 With 5-Inch Display, Snapdragon 400 SoC Launched

Known for its stylishly built smartphones during its relatively young tenure as a smartphone maker, Oppo is trying to gain some leverage with the N1 Mini. This phone follows the tradition of mini smartphones that is now a global trend. It is a toned down version of the original N1 smartphone with the swivel camera retained here.

Oppo has its own user interface named the ColourOS. The N1 mini features version 1.4 of the interface, but runs on Android Jellybean 4.3. The UI is simple and easy to use. Even though there are couple of departures from stock Android style, it is not as intrusive as on Samsung TouchWiz or Gionee Amigo UI.

This smart device is powered by a Quad Core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 processor that can take on most applications in the Android market capably. There is 2GB of RAM to ensure smooth processing of the smartphone. 

The camera is the highlight feature of the Oppo N1 Mini. It is a 13MP set up with autofocus and LED flash. It can double up as both the rear camera and the front camera, resulting in stunning selfies and other photos. There is 16GB of internal memory, which cannot be expanded.

The Oppo N1 features the standard connectivity options such as 2G, 3g, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth and USB for connecting to the Internet and transferring data.
