Thrustmaster has revealed its plans to launch Ferrari Gamepads for the Sony PlayStation 3. These licensed gamepads are said to display a perfect combination of aesthetics and design. Each of these controllers will pay a tribute to the prestigious cars designed by Ferrari. They also promise to provide superior performance and a never before gaming experience.
These controllers also offer compatibility with the PC. The company plans to offer the gamepads in four models namely the Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition, the F1 Wireless Gamepad Ferrari F60 Limited Edition, the Ferrari Motors Gamepad F430 Challenge Limited Edition and the F1 Dual Analog Ferrari F60 Exclusive Edition. The first two models are wireless and use the highly stable 2.4GHz technology.
The lower grip lining’s peach skin texture provides a highly comfortable grip. This texture promises to provide comfort even after long hours of gaming. To render each of these units unique, Thrustmaster has affixed an individual numbered plate on the visage of the three Limited Edition controllers.
The Thrustmaster Ferrari Gamepads are expected to me made available by this October. The Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition and the F1 Wireless Gamepad Ferrari F60 Limited Edition will retail for around $49.99 (approx. Rs. 2,420) while Ferrari Motors Gamepad F430 Challenge Limited Edition will cost $39.99 (approx. Rs. 1,935). The F1 Dual Analog Ferrari F60 Exclusive Edition is priced at $24.99 (approx. Rs. 1,210).
