All about upgrading Samsung Android Phones to 2.3.3 Gingerbread
After the release of Android 2.3 Gingerbread Version, Everyone  is in a hurry to get it but there is always some questions in one’s mind like  How? Why? Do we need to pay? And blaa blaa…
I have come up with these answers that you don’t need to pay. If you update your current Android version to 2.3 Gingerbread it will increase your phone performance like increased speed,improves gaming performance,better power management and many more.
Now I am going to take you through the simple and easy steps to get Android 2.3 Gingerbread for your Samsung device.

#STEP:-1

What are the things required?

• Samsung Kies Software,Version 2.0.2 or later
• Data Cable for your Phone
• PC with USB Port (PC should have Core 2 Duo 2.0Ghz or greater CPU Speed,1GB RAM,500 MB Free Space, .Net Framework 3.5 sp1 or later)

#STEP:-2

• Download Samsung Kies  and double click on Kies Icon to install program.

#STEP:-3

• Start Samsung Kies Software from your Desktop.
• Connect your device with Data Cable
• Power on your device and wait for Samsung Kies to recognize the device

• Now a Pop up Window will appear to alert if there is any software update available.
• Click on UPDATE Button to begin software upgrade process.

• Mark on “I have read all of the above information”.
• Select information saving option and start upgrade process.

• Select items to back up and click continue or click skip backup.
• During this process your device may restart several times,so you don’t need to panic
• You will get a Screen pop up after half an hour or more alerting that Firmware Upgrade Completed.

  
#Note:-

• During Firmware Upgrade Process, don’t disconnect the data cable from pc or your device
• Backup the following: SMS Messages , Contacts Stored in Phone Memory ,Call Log, Videos, Images,Videos & Files etc,Internet & MMS Settings.
